地道的香港味

深受遊客喜愛的「煲仔飯」,也是在香港發揚光大。小小的砂鍋內放上生米及食材,然後放在瓦斯爐或炭爐上燜煮,煮成後開蓋淋上甜醬油,用湯匙把鍋邊的飯焦刮下翻拌,好香!
