Revitalised from a Grade III historic building, Hotel 1936 at 179 Prince Edward Road West, Kowloon, is a 70 rooms boutique hotel on top of an existing heritage building. While keeping its original art deco architectural exterior, the interior is now decked out with chic, contemporary sophistication.

It won the 2020 Asia Pacific Property Award – Five Stars Award.

After decades working as an IT professional in senior technical and management positions with multinationals such as IBM, HP and HSBC, P H Yang changed tack and chose to pursue his life-long passion in photography.
