「希望之蝶」(Butterflies of Hope)是灣仔利東街的智能藝術裝置,由屢獲殊榮的視覺效果藝術家 Victor Wong 創作,展出350多隻幻彩玻璃蝴蝶,最大的有7米,在街道上空「飛舞」,另外還有12米高的聖誕樹。
「希望之蝶」寓意蝴蝶破繭而出,走出陰霾,重拾愛與希望。每小時將帶來特殊的10分鐘燈光表演,配合節日音樂。 2020年12月3日至2021年1月10日。
Butterflies of Hope is a smart light installation at Lee Tung Avenue in Wan Chai. Created by award-winning visual effects artist Victor Wong, the art installation will feature over 350 glass butterflies with a 7-metre-tall centerpiece, plus a 12-metre Christmas tree.
Butterflies of Hope symbolise the metamorphosis of the butterfly from the cocoon, emerging from the haze to regain love and hope. Every hour will bring a special 10-minute light and sound show with festive music. Open December 3, 2020 to January 10, 2021.

Professional photographer. After decades working as an IT professional in senior technical and management positions with multinationals such as IBM, HP and HSBC, P H Yang changed tack and chose to pursue his life-long passion in photography. Award-winning photographer Yang is an exhibited and published artist in North America and Asia. His work is frequently featured on the front page of international media – CNN; CrowdSpark (formerly Newzulu, Citizenside) and Demotix; San Francisco Chronicle; Hong Kong Free Press; Hong Kong 01; Hong Kong Economic Journal Monthly; Ming Pao; Apple Daily; TVB...His work is licensed by Lonely Planet travel guides and Dragonair's in-flight magazine Silkroad. Yang has held over 10 solo exhibitions in San Francisco, Washington DC, Beijing and Hong Kong including PMQ's opening photo exhibition. Yang won the Hong Kong Human Rights Arts Prize in 2015.
